How do you clean SS wire mesh oil filters?
  • Deep your filter in degreaser alkaline solution for 10 -15 min.
  • Rinse the filter under tap water or by jet spray.
  • Put the filter into an ultrasonic bath for 10 -15 min.
  • Again rinse the filter under tap water or by jet spray.
  • Compressed air is used to dry the filter after the rinsing process is complete.

The Two-tank cleaning and rinsing machine designed for lower volumes of Filter are cleaned and rinsed manually by operators. A compressed-air Drying Wand is also included to permit operators to dry Filter after the rinsing process is completed. Two tank ultra sonic cleaning & rinsing machines are manufactured using the highest grade of materials available, and includes features such as stainless steel access panels, and Digital timers and digital temp. controller with heater to increase the efficiency of the alkaline solution. LeelaSonic Table Top Modules are used for small filters.

This system allows operators to manually clean and rinse filters, with the added convenience of a compressed-air Drying Wand for post-rinsing drying. The ultrasonic cleaning process takes place in the first stainless steel tank, offering the option of Pulse Sweep Energy to enhance efficiency. The heated ultrasonic cleaning tank boasts a high-efficiency heater and a Digital Temperature Controller, ensuring precise temperature control with continuous display. An automatic digital timer stops the cleaning cycle upon completion.

Moving to the second stage, water rinsing is carried out. With only one rinse tank, this system is ideal for applications with lower volumes, minimizing detergent transfer from the cleaning to the rinsing tank.
